You would require a Schengen visa if you’ve decided to visit Paris, which is ideal for short trips and tourism purposes. The Schengen visa allows you to stay for up to 90 days in France.

Process to apply for the Schengen visa:

1. Step 1: Submit the visa application form online on the country’s official visa website.
2. Step 2: Book an appointment at your nearest VFS Global centre.
3. Step 3: Submit the documents and give your biometrics on the day of your appointment.
4. Step 4: Pay the Visa fee.
5. Step 5: Wait for 10-15 days, and once approved, you can receive your Schengen Visa from the VFS Global centre or by courier.

• Valid passport ( with a 6 months of validity).
• Visa application form (filled out & signed).
