After breakfast, take a Return airport and train station transfers (Pvt basis) from your hotel to the Zagreb Airport/Train Station. Travel to Dubrovnik (an internal flight is highly recommended). Upon arrival, another Return airport and train station transfers (Pvt basis) will take you to your accommodation.
