If there is one city that easily combines beautiful skylines with golden desert allure, it is Dubai — and thanks to Fliptripholidays, I finally got to do it all in just five memorable days! I have always imagined driving through a city of skyscrapers, dune bashing in the scorching sun, and soaking up vivid Arabian culture. When I came upon Fliptripholidays’s 4 Nights 5 Days Dubai package tour from Delhi(from only ₹50,000!), I didn’t need to think about it twice.
This was not just a holiday. It was a glam-packed getaway full of glimmering skyscrapers, exhilarating desert safaris, spice-scented souks, and dining under starry skies. And whether this is your first time traveling or you are looking to get an international trip, here is a day-by-day glimpse into my amazing Dubai trip — crafted beautifully by Fliptripholidays.
As my flight descended into Dubai, I was full of excitement. Upon landing, I was warmly welcomed by the local Fliptripholidays tour guide who escorted me through Dubai Airport and helped me with my hotel transfer.
After checking into my beautiful hotel, I used the next couple of hours to relax and enjoy the luxury surrounding me. The hotel’s atmosphere, hospitality, and view from the window indicated that this was going to be an unforgettable trip.
The real magic began to unfold in the evening. Fliptripholidays had booked us on the premium Dhow Cruise at Dubai Marina. Imagine a traditional wooden boat, decorated with fairy lights, gliding across the placid water. All around us were lit-up skyscrapers, star-like. For two hours, we ate a candlelit dinner on the open-air boat while enjoying live entertainment, which included an amazing Tanoura dance performance.
The food was great – a blend of Arabic and international food – and the background music was soothing to the point that I felt a little unreal. As we meandered gently along the Marina, I thought what a fantastic way to begin my trip to Dubai.

With refreshed energy from a great sleep, I began Day 2 with a big breakfast at the hotel and set out on the adventure of discovering what brings millions of tourists to Dubai every year.
The first stop, Al Fahidi Fort known as the home of the Dubai Museum. As I walked through the historic corridors, it felt like I was walking through a museum time capsule. The displays showed life before the skyscrapers, depicting a desert land with culture and trading. Next, onwards to Jumeirah Mosque, an adorable white building showing the finest of Islamic architecture. We also drove through the very cosmopolitan neighborhoods of Jumeirah Beach, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Creek, each offering their own unique charm.
And finally— the main event. We arrived at the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world (828 meters!). I took the lift up to the 124th floor observation deck, and I can’t even describe the view. Skyscrapers looked like little toys, the city was sprawling out like a futuristic dream, and I felt like I was looking over the world.
I must have clicked a hundred pictures, but they will never do the real view justice. If you are ever in Dubai, do not skip this. It is a once in a lifetime kind of moment.

If Day 2 was about urban luxury, then Day 3 was pure desert adventure. After breakfast, it was time to deck out and experience the world-famous Dubai Desert Safari. YouTube videos could not prepare us for this!
We jumped into a 4×4 Land Cruiser and flew across the Lahbab Desert’s golden sand dunes. It was thrilling – like a roller coaster. The way the vehicle surged, twisted, and bounced off the dunes was such a blast that everyone in the car was screaming.
When the sun fell behind the sand, we ended up at a traditional desert camp. Here, the Fliptripholidays team had set everything up, including camel rides, henna painting, hookah corners, and traditional handicrafts.
The night continued with amazing belly dance and fire shows. We relaxed, had an authentic Arabic buffet, and sipped tea while a starry sky shined above us. I also tried the traditional Arabic clothes so we can take some fun pictures — a genuine cultural dive!

It was my day, free to see the city at my pace. So I decided to get lost in Dubai shopping.
My first stop was the Dubai Mall, one of the largest in the world! I spent hours bouncing between fashion boutiques, souvenir shops, and tech stores. I even popped into the Dubai Aquarium, located directly in the mall. It was awesome!
Then I headed to Deira, home of the Gold Souk and Spice Souk. I was filled with glittering gold bangles and aromatic spices — a must-do for any traveler who wants to get a sense of old Dubai.
I finished my day with a chill evening at La Mer Beach sipping iced coffee and watching the sunset over the Arabian Gulf.

It is hard to believe that time went so quickly. After an easy breakfast, I packed my bags of memories (and a few souvenirs!) and checked out of the hotel. Fliptripholidays arranged for a nice ride to Dubai International Airport.
As I boarded the flight back to Delhi, I gazed out at the incredible skyline one last time, and silently promised to come back. This was not just a trip; it was a taste of Middle Eastern magic, and Fliptripholidays made it special all the way through with personal touches to luxury!
